Manufacture and Distribute your Marketing with Inbound Marketing

If you are inundated with leads and just don't have the time or bandwidth to take on new clients then you probably want to stop reading right here.
On the other hand, if you in need of new leads and new customers but just aren't getting the qualified leads you need, then I recommend you take 5 minutes to read this blog.

Working for an ERP company for the past 10 years, I know just as well as you do, that leads are a scarcity, and if you are lucky enough to be getting leads from the software publisher, then you're probably spending countless amounts of dollars nurturing them. That's what we do right? We have a database full of names and email addresses that we market to, or send postcards to, or do the typical "five touch" mailing campaign to.
Let's think about that logically in reverse. When was the last time you actually picked up the phone and decided you were going to talk to that telemarketer? Or when was the last time you sifted through your mail and made a pile for all junk mail that you planned on reading later that day? I'm guessing not likely.

I am also probably very correct in saying you are spent when it comes to dumping more money into any new marketing scam or fad or up and coming tactic to generate more leads. It's easier and cheaper to just spend time with the existing customers you have and hope that they need you enough to fill your consulting hours. Am I right?
I've also had my fair share of conversations around not understanding social media and the learning curve being too high. See the value, don't see the value; have the time, don't have the time; believe what you read, don't believe what you read. Where do you start, is it for you and your company, what do you need to be aware of, and how do you manage all of this new found information?
The truth is we are at the end of an era. Leads are just not going to come though your outbound marketing efforts, so what do you have to lose? I encourage you to join me on December 15,2009 where we will be discussing how to get up to speed with Social Media.
At SiliconCloud we understand the importance of Inbound Marketing and Social Media in today's business environment. On Dec 15th we are running a free webinar for anyone on how to use Social Media to Engage. While SiliconCloud are partners for Hubspot in Europe this is not technology focused. So anyone can register....
