Effective marketing is covering the bases
Are you advertising besides marketing? There is a difference, one is media oriented the other is www oriented. By media we mean newspapers, flyers, TV advertising and so on. Of course, everyone knows what www advertising is, it’s called search engine optimization. Using this method is one of the ways to accomplish effective marketing, there are others, such as online video demonstration, webinars and live chat. It all ties in together in the end. It all boils down to the same thing, getting noticed. Once you get noticed, if you are resourceful, it should be smooth sailing from there on.
Effective marketing never stops
Marketing does not stop once you get a bunch of clients. You have to keep those clients happy, maintain a good business relationship, those clients will bring you more clients, and before long your mini marketing campaign becomes an effective marketing system.
Effective marketing includes your current customers
Effective marketing means stringent follow up and customer service. To promote an ongoing clientele your product must be consistent just as your service should be and your consistent marketing habits must continue. Employ new techniques and stretch your strategy abilities allowing more room for growth, therefore having to employ more staff and proving your business worth in the meantime. Word of mouth is still a proven recipe for effective marketing, so tell everyone you can what you do and how you do it as you hand him or her your business card.
Effective marketing, think about how you present you and your company
It’s not just how you present your company but also how you present yourself. People would prefer to put their business in the hands of someone obviously knowledgeable about the responsibilities of what they do. If you show up at a conference, unshaven, hung over, booze breath and blabbering uncertainly – they will all turn away. You will find yourself standing in the corner alone, like the pepper and the oil. But show up confident, fresh and clean, great positive attitude, suit or casual but tidy and presentable, you will nab yourself a few clients. Effective marketing isn’t just about the internet.
