Who Needs HubSpot?

HubSpot is it for everyone?

Who Needs HubSpotThe quick answer to this question is everyone. There are few businesses that won’t benefit from transferring their current website to HubSpot. The many features of HubSpot and its ability to track inbound marketing campaigns, quickly make it an invaluable asset to any business model.

A quick look at the HubSpot website shows the many industries where HubSpot applies. Listed there are companies from the communications, construction and consulting industries, the health, education and legal services, the hospitality industry plus sales and marketing, software and technology companies.

The broad mix of this list proves the comprehensive and adaptable nature of HubSpot.

That was certainly the experience of Conni Eversull, marketing director of ProofreadNOW, a company that offers proofreading services to business professionals and writers internationally.

HubSpot improves your ROI from marketing

Before signing up to HubSpot, Conni’s main marketing tools were referrals, direct mail campaigns and pay-per-click online campaigns. This activity was costing lots of money, generating enquiries but was failing to convert those leads to sales. More specifically, Conni wanted to be able to capture data on the people who were visiting their site, but their old system gave them no way of doing this.

Once signed up to HubSpot, Conni’s first task was to create landing pages. The ability to create landing pages not only give marketers who are not web designers the chance to customise site content, it also provides the opportunity to track visitors to the page directly as well as to have and monitor direct conversations with those visitors.

Hubspot meets business needs

By being able to closely track who was visiting the pages and why the prospects became customers, Conni was able to create campaigns that met the expectations of her target market.

Is HubSpot part of closed looped marketing

ProofreadNOW also used HubSpot’s lead nurturing program which gives the salesforce the ability to track all conversations with all prospects, meaning that a lead never goes cold. In effect, HubSpot’s closed looped marketing system means that more prospects become customers.

Since signing up to HubSpot, ProofreadNOW have grown their organic traffic by 480% in one year, increased leads to more than 600 in one years and have started a blog which now has 340 subscribers.

Resounding post. Thank you for sharing why folks need HubSpot - even though I agree everyone needs inbound marketing, I will say that mostly medium or small biz's need HubSpot (though that's still a huge set of folks).

Combining all the tools to do inbound well in one place is our aim - and making it simple is our claim. So glad to see you've seen several examples where it's held true.

Looking forward to seeing the Silicon Cloud team at HUGS2011 in the fall (dates coming soon) & excited to follow your continued success.
