Everyone knows an essential part of a super online marketing strategy is SEO, Search Engine Optimization. If you want to be found you must maintain optimal content on your website to make the search engines happy. It is much to your advantage if you choose someone experienced in creating good, interesting optimization that does not look spammy. Content should make sense, not be confusing, yet still be interesting without being boring and obviously not blatantly advertising your product in a monotonous manner, giving the prospective client a good interesting detailed account of what you are marketing, without rudely shoving it in their face. Make it inviting, encouraging and most definitely interesting.
SEO: The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly
Good SEO can attract much traffic to your site if prepared effectively and it is crucial that it is appealing enough to bring back your traffic and those google bots repeatedly. Choose operative key words, tags and meta tags, words that search engines relate to quickly and effectively, not using only one operative but many relating to your business. Make sure you have the right keyword research tools at your disposal for this task.
Link building is an important part of a successful SEO project. Choosing sites with similar interest, and making sure your site gets the proper marketing attention to make your website more attractive and informative than most. When you are linking out to related sites and if you can encourage them to link back to you, it gives you great “street cred” with the search engines.
SEO Sensationalism
Sensationalism is a guaranteed attention getter, so be sensational, be off the wall, be different, but be emphatic and persuasive while maintaining a magnetic approach to the right target audience. Give them something they can’t refuse to take notice of, and be out there.
There is a good kind SEO and of course the bad kind of SEO, and it is obviously the good that will survive in the long run and once you get your targeted audience (always include the search engine bots in your mind when you think of who you are optimising for) you have to hang on to them, keep them interested and keep them coming back.
Getting your SEO under control is imperative to success and with Google’s new strategy, siphoning out the spam and less attractive SEO gives you more reason to prepare and target, choose your strategy carefully but with purpose. Give your interested viewers exactly what they are looking for.
