Is it a surprise that that majority of people that responded were from Europe, does this mean that the Europeans are more open to surveys or engage more in Linkedin?
Of those responded 87% of them worked in the B2B sector, however of those 87% only 65% use Linkedin for Lead Generation. Out of the total polled 13% do not use Linkedin for Lead Generation. And of those that do use Linkedin for Lead Generation 47% of them have 0-100 connections. That means you do not have to have a big network to use linked as a lead generation tool. But 34% of those people are members of 20 plus groups, does that imply they are using the groups for lead generation?
As for Linkedin Answers, 69% of people use Linked answers with 72% using it for lead generation. With only 48% of people polled using Linkedin events. Once again of those that use Linkedin Events 86% of them use Linkedin for Lead Generation.
So it appears that if you plan to use Linkedin for lead Generation you need to be using Linkedin Answers and Linkedin Events. 89% percent of those responded logged into Linkedin every day. I should of asked how many people generated leads from Linkedin!
I asked about the Twitter application for Linkedin, to see the response and only 33% use it!
